Come enjoy a walk through an indoor mushroom farm. Approximately one hour, it will include the history of the buildings and the farm, the life cycle of mycelium - from inoculation through waste stream management. Bring a bag, and take home free mushroom substrate for your garden. Our retail space will be open for purchase of a range of products from fresh mushrooms to mushroom cream cheese to fresh mushroom pastries.
