America’s largest garden tour!

FREE | SELF-GUIDED | NO TICKETS REQUIRED

Just pick up a map and start touring! More than 300 creative and gracious gardeners are looking forward to seeing you again—or for the first time.

Garden Walk Buffalo attracts visitors from around the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Tens of thousands of visitors visit beautiful Buffalo to enjoy the creativity and work of its best ambassadors—its gardeners.

HOURS

10am-4pm, rain or shine. If you see a sign out before 10am, or after 4pm, you’re still welcome.

Registration is Open!

Join more than 300 gardens for the annual Garden Walk Buffalo! Deadline to register is May 15, 2026!

You do need to be in the footprint of the Walk—from Canalside to Amherst Street (Elmwood to Main), and from the Niagara River to Main Street. To be on GWB, your garden does not need to be perfect. It does not need to be giant. It does not need to be professionally landscaped. Join the hundreds of gardeners that open their yards every July to curious visitors.

HEADQUARTERS

Find free maps, purchase merchandise, make a donation, find restrooms, and ask questions—ONLY during the days and hours of the Walk.

MAPS

Printed maps will debut at the Garden Art Sale in June. Beginning in early July, copies will also be available at sponsor locations throughout the community.

Anyone who makes a donation between June 16, 2025 and June 15, 2026 will receive a map by mail by mid-July. To get on the mailing list, make a donation today!

While individual gardens change from year to year, the neighborhood footprints remain the same. If you’d like a preview, explore last year’s maps to get a feel for each neighborhood and start planning your visit!

PARKING

Free parking is available at headquarters locations and on most city streets.
Tip: Weekend street parking in Buffalo is usually free—just check the signs for any restrictions.
